-> Yup, you're right.  There are a lot of shops that are certified, so
-> that shouldn't be too hard to find.  There's a lot of gov't ship
-> building in this area, so there are a lot of very good welders. Guess

  Yeah, I was once steam certified but sure couldn't pass the
practical now!  (Y'gotta weld EVERY DAY to be really good at it.)
There's also a lot of oilfield welders around our neck of the woods, but
I don't necessarily want 'em welding on my wheels!  I KNOW I'm spoiled!

I guess it's something like the aircraft engine rebuilder.... if he
won't ride with me on the maiden flight of a fresh engine I don't let
him touch it!
