Actually, that's exactly what happened.  I neglected to change
my route.cfg, so although everything went just the way I wanted,
it sent it to Dave Hatch instead of directly to you.  I've fixed
that, and am sending a packet in a file called bill.zip, which
if you place in C:\SQUISH and run "sq386p in out squash" should
get you the four messages I wrote in the local echos.  So please
confirm receipt of this message.  BFN.  Paul.
