Say WHAT??  I'll have you know that there's a farmhouse in Westville
(Georgia; look it up )where three old black ladies bake buscuits in a a
Dutch oven on a hearth in front of a roaring fire and when they open the
lid we have to grab the biscuits before they fly up and bounce on the
ceiling like helium baloons.  Coals under the oven, more coals on the lid.

And then there's baked beans.  put the beans, onions, tomatoes, and okra in
the oven, dig a hole and build a fire next to the hole.  Wehn the fire
burns down, push half of it into the hole, drop the Dutch Oven in and then
put the other half on top of it and forget about it for about 4 hours....
