That sounds like evolution rather than dispensation!  The world does
not change as the individual grows older, the individual's  view
(understanding) of the world changes as he/she grows older.  If those
changes are dispensations, then as a group, we have billions of
dispensations. Each person has these changes in the understanding of
its environment as he/she matures (With varying success), some stop
maturing (and learning) at an early age, others continue to mature.

That is my view. (I could be misunderstanding you.) Please comment on
that.
