I think we're all just NASA bashing because we can. Remember it is
always easier to tear down than it is to build. So we should contribute
something constructive instead of heating up the atmosphere...

Let's try launching the shuttle without the SRB's from a flying platform
instead of from the gound. Better yet let's forget the shuttles and
proceed with Energia alone as the Russians have their launches working
nearly flawlessly, well the landings are off target from time to time.
