BG> -p711/934.18 711/934 640/305.9 640/305 -+30163/9

PE> Just drop the "-p711/934.18".

BG> But what about the "-+30163/9" fakenet address that annoys
you so much?
BG> And why just drop my TML 4D address? Isn't the following far more logical?

I don't know whether or not that requires changes on Dave's system,
which is why I was just planning on living with it until he comes
back. Stage 1 involves running with a single address. Stage 2
involves getting rid of the fakenet.

BG> EchoArea LOCSYSOP \msg\locsysop -m$1000 711/934 640/305

BG> If not, make a suggestion based on something other than conjecture.

You can try that if you want, that's Stage 2. I think it will
work, but I'm not as sure as I am with Stage 1.

BG> Did you note that as Dave is away, he can't change his config files?

Yes, 3:711/934.18 shouldn't be mentioned in his config files.

PE> That was lucky, I only got back from work at 1930. How about
PE> 2000 on 16th?

BG> Which is today again, and means that I'll have to make a second call to
BG> your board at peak STD rates to get this reply to you in time.

Eh? You could call at 6pm. I deliberately chose a time in the
STD area.

BG> I'll deduct its cost from the $5 you sent me... :)

It was $10, I couldn't find a $5 remember? :-) Minus a rubber
belt of course! BFN. Paul.
