 What does Josh have as a reason ??
 To resolve our OCR they are going to re-write everything dealing with 504 
procedures. When OCR approves it the rest of the state has to come into 
compliance. We consider this a victory.
 Still going after the principle. You should see the evidence we have against 
her non-compliance of ANYTHING concerning David. I will send a copy of the 
complaint (word perfect format) when it is finished.
