I think only 3:711/934.18 is being remapped, but we will have to
play that by ear. I suggest breaking it down into the 3 stages,
paced a week apart, and involving someone (Alexander, Chris, etc)
to verify that messages are getting through both ways.
PE> Stage 1 involves running with a single address.
BG> Dual addresses, you mean (i.e both yours and Dave's).
Single address, 3:640/305.9 as opposed to dual address, 3:640/305.9
and 3:711/934.18.
PE> Stage 2 involves getting rid of the fakenet.
BG> Same as below, right?
BG> EchoArea LOCSYSOP \msg\locsysop -m$1000 711/934 640/305
Yep.
BG> I'm still not convinced that it'll work until Dave alters hig config as
BG> well.
I don't know for sure.
BG> -m$1000 711/934 640/305.9 640/305 -+30163/9
BG> Either Friday pm or Saturday am, your call.
Goodo, see you tomorrow. If you call at:
Friday 1900
Friday 1930
Saturday morning (normal)
Saturday afternoon (probably not normal)
Then that would allow me to find out if there were any problems I
didn't think of in Tobruk 0.31 before releasing it. Thanks for
your help, you're the only person who I export mail to who has the
ability to be a point other than 3:711/934.xxx. BFN. Paul.
