"Can't Buy Me Love" was released several months prior to the LP "A
Hard Days Night"

"Ticket To Ride" was released several months prior to the LP
"Help!"

The single of "Help" was released about two weeks before the LP.

LP's without singles was the exception rather than the rule.

LP's with singles:

Please Please Me
A Hard Day's Night
Help!
Revolver
Abbey Road
Let It Be

LP's without singles

With the Beatles
Beatles For Sale
Rubber Soul
Sgt Pepper
The Beatles

That's not even counting Yellow Submarine and A Collection of Beatles
Oldies.

Oh, and they didn't seem to have any problem selling the same songs
again as EP's.
