SP->  It's those little suckers who commute to your timbers daily that do
  ->   a great deal of damage, Todd. I'd call for a backup opinion right
SP->   If your wood is very dry, then those mud tunnels from ground level up
  ->   are the only way the termites get sufficient moisture. If you have no
  ->   tunnels, or damp runways (which should be visible) on blocks, posts
Just a note, there are two types of termite those that have their nests
in the wood itself and thoses that live under-ground (sub-terrainian).
The pest control place said I had both. I know that the ones in the wood
swarm once a year. I have lived in the home for 3 years and have never
seen any of the wings that they shed.
