        Use IBM C++ v2.01 (or something like that) for the environment.
Generate the HPP, RC, and DLG files.  Edit HPP to remove the #ifdef
statements and the #include .  Edit the dlg to replace WC_GUI with
WC_ (WC_GUIPUSHBUTTON -> WC_PUSHBUTTON).

        There are rumors that JBA is working on a port to EMX.  Also, EMX09b
is available.
