Barry Austern worked feverishly over his latest creation. After inserting a 
Acciden, it was finaly complete. Throwing switches here and there he 
harnessed 
the power of the sun and powered the creation.  With glee Barry Austern said

I see that all the time...  and also helmets _hanging_ from handle bars,
bags, seats and so on...  i can just see that brain bucket getting snagged
and the rider being thrown and hitting his/her head....  almost as bad are
the people that don't wear their helmet proporly...  it is _not_ a cow boy
hat that you wear on the back of your head...  i've tried to explain to
these people how to wear their helmts, but to no avail, they usually get
mad and give me dirty looks...  oh well, it's their lives, not mine...
