I tried the Alt-F1 method but I ended up writing a REXX program to handle
multiple config.sys's for me. The only thing about my method is that you
run the REXX program, it copies the selected config.sys, then shutdown and
reboot, instead of selecting the config.sys during boot up.
The Alt-F1 method would copy the config.sys for me, but it wouldn't take
effect until I shutdown and rebooted again anyway... maybe due to error on
my part, but I my way works fine for me...

I was thinking along the same lines but rather than have multiple
config.sys files have the Rexx script modify a single config.sys file by
remming out the unwanted sections.(Having a backup copy of cource). It is
not as good as having a config.sys menu but it will work.
Another thought is to write a program that would be called from the
config.sys durring bootup that would give me a menu to chose from and then
depending on the selections switch over to a second file that would have
the the drivers I wanted to load. Not quite sure where to start with that
one though.:)
Do you know where I can get some good docs on how OS/2 processes the
config.sys file and loads drivers?
Thanks for the script I will give it a try.
