That sounds like my son.  Another kid will bother him and he would relailate 
against that kid.  However almost every time the other kid was not caught but 
he was and that resulted in Robert getting afterschool or Saturday detention. 
These detentions are a minumum of 3 hours each.  A few times a teacher 
witnessed the start and both of them were given detention.
