its simple:

a) buy an PPC from IBM
b) you have to know to secret, not published in IBM cataloques, number of
OS/2 for PPC
c) you have to pass the IBM check algorithm. (IBM is checking the customers
they are giving OS/2 PPC.

PS: just in case you don't know: OS/2 for PPC was stopped 12/95 and they
give away what they have. (not pretty much). theres no developer working on
it in 1996. (MAYBE in 1997 again). (this is IBM's way to say 'shit. forget
it.').
