Here the sheriffs work with the courts serving summons and
doing evictions.

Here they threaten to close schools for that purpose.

The only Indian casinos I know of in Michigan are in the
Northern peninsula (I think?). Gambling has never been a hobby
of mine.

TW> Problem. I used to track Crimes by Deputy Beat for the
TW> Nenghborhood Watch person. The Car Thefts particualrly were

We are prevented from publicly making generalizations about
minorities but the statistics repeatedly point toward their
lack of respect for the laws. Of course, middle and upper class
people in the USA have no respect for the laws either. I guess
it's only the working-poor who are expected to obey the laws?
