Yes! In fact, it is so clever that you can browse one of these folders
(using a share) over the network. You are looking at a folder that is
totally unrelated to you on another computer, but it will show you YOUR
Internet history on your computer.

The file desktop.ini contains some magic that tells Explorer to use another
application to customise what is displayed in that folder.

If you want to see what is really there, you can temporarily rename
desktop.ini (bit tricky if your only tool is Explorer!), or you can use
some other file management program (ZTree if you are an old timer who was
used to XTree).
