That's pretty adjustable, and haven't the
effects of government intervention on
pricing been pretty well studied by now?

The idea of food in general isn't too
pleasing to me at the moment, but mixed

That sounds to make sense. I wonder how
much efficiency is lost transmitting
through those ducts. Less, certainly,
than the heat otherwise lost, but just
thinking.

I've been impressed with pellet stoves.

Yes, well, that's two for two.
Canadian Farmhouse Baked Eggs
categories: breakfast, Canadian
servings: 4
8 cooked mini potatoes, cut into quarters
4 sl peameal bacon, cooked, julienned
2 ts olive oil
salt and pepper
1 c homemade or prepared chili sauce
8 eggs
2 Tb chopped Italian parsley
Preheat oven to 375F (190C) and place 4 individual
baking dishes (large ramekins or oval shallow dishes)
onto a baking tray.
In a bowl, toss the potatoes and peameal bacon with
the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Divide between the 4 dishes. Spoon 1/4 c chili sauce
over each dish. Break 2 eggs into each dish.
Bake uncovered for about 20 min (depending on desired
doneness). Lift each dish onto a napkin-lined plate
and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
For more of a "sunny side up" effect, cover the
dishes for the first 15 min of baking.
