George, I am one of those that had all sorts of grief after installing
FP #17. Traced it down to WatchCat, removed every last reference of it
in my config.sys, got rid of any files on my system belonging to WC, and
my system has worked like a champ since.

It appears that WARP w/ FP #17 added does for me what WARP w/o the FP
did.
