I don't know if that magazine is THE authority, world wide. There are
considerable advantages in having a great deal of "headroom", notably the
ability to deliver instead of sleeping, on dull days and around dawn/ dusk.
Also panels when aged may deliver even less. Lets check in 30 years time!!
