ML> Heh, and you've seen 101 and 202 and 303.
Thankfully, not recently. I think the last couple of times we've come
into the Tempe/Mesa/Chandler area from the north we've come down I-17.
Last time we headed north from Tempe (actually, the last time we were
out there, in 2018), we took 89 north thru AZ into Utah, a lot more
scenic than the usual interstate.

ML> I hoped could be.
I know, same as the rest of us with our challenges. My ortho dr wanted
me to start using an electronic muscle stimulation unit to build up my
right quadricepts muscle. Problem is, a lot of electronics (Nook,
tablet, computer, microwave, Steve's radio set up) in the house
interfere with it. Yesterday I had it on while we were out in the truck
and some unknown source doubled the setting--I had to do a fast reset! I
can't use it while using most of my sewing machines either.

ML> My breadcrumbs are on the coarse side, mostly
ML> because I'm too impatient to grind them fine.
ML> I find the results better for most purposes.
ML> Give them a try sometime.
OK, next time I make crumbs, I'll leave some on the coarse side. Too
coarse and they can be used for croutons. (G)

ML> > ML> We needn't have.

ML> There is that, but maybe we should find
ML> fresher topics. Oh ... .
We do get there, at some point.
ML> This is for Dallas, wherever he went.
ML> Chicken Tacos
ML> categories: renal, main, poultry
ML> serves: 4
ML> 3/4 lb ground chicken
ML> 2 Tb unsalted butter
ML> 1 ts chili powder
ML> 1 ts cumin
ML> 1 ts smoked paprika
ML> 1 Tb chopped fresh garlic
ML> 1 pk (8) taco shells
ML> 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro leaves
ML> 2 Tb chopped fresh scallions
ML> 1/2 c Mexican blend natural shredded cheese
Other than the cilantro, it doesn't look too bad. Instead of making
tacos, I'd strew a few chips on my plate and call it taco salad.
