I have figured out how to set up Binkley and my modem to make
it appear busy when it is busy processing mail.  The problem
I was having before was the OS/2 (it seems) was dropping DTR
when my comms program (Binkley) terminated.  This was causing
the modem to hang up, even though I had set the exit string
to "H1".  However, I figured out that what I needed was an
"&D0 H1", so that the modem wouldn't hang up on drop of dtr!
