You understand that the majority RC's in the zone does not want any changes
- reactionaries conservatives...

You have proclaimed a principle of proportionality of weight of RC voice to
number of sysops. Hence, voice R50C for you should be enough. For
objectivity we shall add the requirement still a minimum of one RC,
supporting idea of re-elections.
