Yes, if the .doc files states, it'll turn your 386 into a pentium, it's
probably a trojan ;). Otherwise your out of luck. But actually I (if
I were you) wouldn't be to afraid of trojans. They (usually) aren't
very wide-spread that is because they are normally written to perfom
a special task on a special computer (for exampel breaking into a
BBS system). So they don't replicate which is
a) a major difference to viri and
b) senseless because if you executed the trojan you probably know
   what it did (not to mention that the program what probably  use-
   less on any other machine)
