G'day people,
Just wondering if anyone knows of any method to get the time displayed in
the Shell prompt? (OS 3.1)
I've tried using:
prompt "%N: `date` %S>"
& prompt "%N: `rx 'say Time()'` %S>"
but this method has one flaw... the `xxx` expression is evaluated only
ONCE, when the Shell is first started, and all subsequent prompts thus have
the same entry. [sigh]
Ideally, what I want is the correct time displayed for _each_ individual
prompt... so that when I drop back to the CLI I can see exactly when each
command was executed. Well, when it returned, actually. :)
Anyone got any ideas how to go about this? :?
Shall I shut up now? __ . o o ,
