All of the attractions you mention are wonderful!  Some tidbits...
look for the Abominable SnowMan in the Matterhorn,
relax on Alice and enjoy the colors,
Look for the guards atop Snow White's Castle,
be careful which cars you get in on Casey Jr.--some have little or no
leg room for adult-size kids,
Hit toon town either really early before the kiddies get there or in the
afternoon when they're all tired out...(my advice, only)
Get a seat outside at the Belle Terrace cafe to enjoy dinner and
Fantasmic...great view from there..,
Save your money to buy great trinkets in New Orleans Square..
Don't know if (or by what) the People Mover has been replaced...when we
were there last June it had nothing done on it.
also didn't see anything last June about the California Adventures
project..I'll be looking forward to a report on this stuff.
