Well, we have ANOTHER tentative trial date-the week of July 10.  Frank's
case is number 2 on the docket this time-the highest it's ever been-but
the DA has told our lawyer that he doesn't think it will go.  The first
case on the docket is a capital murder trial-and it will probably last
the entire week.  Will keep everyone informed on the latest.
