Justin, there have been several responses to your challenge, but to me
this is about the best(so far), and it is valid. I know of nothing in
the Constitution which gives the state AsG the right to do as they have
done, and don't come back with the interstate commerce thing. I don't
believe that the founders intended the Federal Government to regulate
the items which move in interstate commerce, rather they intended to
regulate the commerce itself, ie, how the economies of the various states
interacted!
