Don't count your blessings, I expect, that his ISP already provides IPv6,
but no IPv6 compatible hardware is connect to the line yet.
There is a good chance, that if he would e.g. connect a faily current
AMV-Fritz! to his adsl line, IPv6 will be there.
BE is high on the list of IPv6 rollout.
