FYI, in April of '95 I tried to order these two manuals from IBM.  After
3-4 months, I finally had them in my library, plus an apologetic letter
from IBM (Raleigh, NC) and a complementary coffee cup.

I will skip the sorry details, but what has happened is that IBM bundled
these two manuals with a video tape and a couple of demo disks under an
order number of SK2T-0018-00.

The original numbers show up in IBM's database as discontinued, w/ no
forwarding "address".
