I already gave the bottom-line prices in Oak Park. If I'm willing to move to the
far suburbs (no), I could get a 3br, 2ba attached garage for $210K to
$240K. Otherwise, everything else is over $300K.

Of course, Oak Park is one of those places where there is lots of houses that are
over $1M. From what I could find quickly on the net, there are 8 listings of that
sort. And we're only a 1 1/2 square miles.
