Just thought I'd stick my nose in here, since Kit & I are Disneyland
nuts.  Although we haven't been able to go in about year. (Yes, we are
going crazy, but lack of money and health/family problems have prevented
us.) I'd like to comment on your list of attractions not to miss as they
are not in WDW.
-> - The Walt Disney Story (?)
-> - Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom
-> - Columbia Sailing Ship and Maritime Museum (below decks)
-> - Matterhorn Bobsleds
The Walt Disney Story is actually a lot more about Abraham Lincoln, but
they do have Walt's offices on display there (behind glass).  It is one
thing that we do several times every day.  Make sure and turn the
turn-style a few extra turns as you go in to help the campaign to keep
it open.
Indian Jones and the Temple of Doom is to die for!  (No pun intended!)
Just don't ride it on a full stomach.q
