There is always a choice, usually several.

Sure you can. Of course it would cost you, I have
never found someone who would not let you buy out your
lease.
RB> somewhere right now. Keep in mind how expensive moving is.
Huh? A car, free boxes from almost any store in town
and a $19.95 a day U-Haul trailer and you're on your
way. Been there, done that, more then once.
RB> Moving whenever you want is a luxury, and not one that many

No very few people are willing to make the sacrifices.
They are either happy where they are or rather sit
where they are and bitXh.

A lot DOES depend on the department, everyone would
have to admit that.

Ever heard of a law suit? Unlike the federal
government you don't need a cities permission to sue
them.

HA! There are very few things a news unit would rather
have then a nice police scandal. It sales papers and
air time.

I'll go you one better, they think what ever the police
did the crook deserved even more.
RB> What city do you live in? I'd be more than happy to find out
RB> about your police department and what they've been up to
I doubt it. I live in a small town and keep up on them
myself. BTW, when was the last time you attended a
city board/managers/council meeting? When was the last
time you filed a FOIA statement to get police records?
Better yet when was the last time you got your info
from something other than a news source?
See I'm what you might call pro-active. I keep an eye
on my local government so I can try to head off things.
