 Tell me and Tom Walker about it.    We just went
 through some illegal wrangling over a new baseball
 park (councilwomen pleaded guilty to accepting gifts
 from Padre's owner and resigned), and now the Chargers
 are asking for a new stadium or "we're leaving town."

 And the damned judges in this town ruled that the city
 council can re-write the "Terms of Understanding" that
 the voters approved in an election without re-submitting
 the new terms to the voters.
