Ladies & Gentlemen,
Thanks to a very generous acceptance of my solicitation for assistance by 
James Dunlop, I am announcing that effective 1 March 1997, James will pick up 
the duties as Moderator of this echo (ML-BASEBALL) on a "Full-Time" basis.
I am soon to leave this area and am not sure what opportunities to continue 
to moderate this move will bring.  James has agreed to take on the duties 
"permanently" pending the outcome of my move, and I appreciate it.
In the mean time, continue on your good behavior, and give James your 
continued support.  8-)
