Because the program told OS/2 it's supposed to be dead, how can PM still
send msgs ( especially with the single message queue ? ) without getting
into problems ?
The only time ( I think ) you'll get a WM_Destroy or WM_Quit message when
you or another program tries to close down that window.
If I'm wrong, please correct me.
