I'm good friends with the Afton, Wy. Police Chief Lee Gardener.  One 
day I was helping him on his ranch, and asked his opinion of the 
"club".  he laughed, and grabed one out of his truck, and told me to 
put it on my steering wheel.  as soon as I had installed it, he grabbed
it and pulled it off.
