Hello Joe, (WARNING: LONG MESSAGE!)
Started playing some Keen games, causes me to wonder why you've got such
interest in the Dopefish (though he is pretty dang cool)...Swim swim hungry
swim swim eat...that's about all it exists for (well, to kick
Commander Keen's butt too, though I beat episode 4 and am now
experimenting with the debug mode ;-) )...already read everything about it in
Apogee.FAQ so you don't need to fill me in...(heh heh)... Oh yeah, read about
Death Rally and it seems pretty cool. PC Gamer gave it an 84% which seems
unfair (of course, they gave Duke Nukem a 94 or something)...also they gave
id's Quake 90% which makes me wonder about their sanity.(QUAKE SUCKS!!! DUKE
RULES!!!) Okay, enough of the ratings..Death Rally seems pretty cool, and

the other great stuff in it I might go blow $40 or $50 on it (if my parents
will let me have the $$$$ at least). Only gripes those guys down there had 
with
Death Rally was that there was no race map and the computer players were
"merely average"..but I don't care as long as it ROCKS [of course about
anything Apogee and 3dRealms release rocks] Dangit, I'm at it again. Just

Apogee I guess...Oh yeah, I was also going to ask about Epic Megagames (part 
of
your competition) They put quite a few anti-Apogee/3dRealms remarks in their
games (like Jazz JackRabbit which has a 16-color "Apogee mode" that makes
everything half-speed, their reflection of ALL Apogee games). Are these guys
disgruntled ex-employees of yours or are they just headed lamers 
with
nothing better to do? It would be cool to bash THEM in a few of your games,
just to get even..I'll bet other games competitors do the same thing...Well,
find out if you can, Joe. Think I'll just keep modeming till I buy the game
(which would mean I'd be glued here 24 hours).Argh, another Apogee 
ompliment.
Need to stop plugging you guys like that (attempting to regain normalcy on
subject). That's a little better. :-D
