What you need to do is look in the Watcom C/C++ Additional Help folder. 
Everything you should need is there... (except good examples, IMO).

Further, there is also a file called prcp.inf in watcom/binp/help that has
the 16-bit API in it.

Just create a book for it in your help folder and away ya go.  :-)
