You MUST first list what appliances and lighting you need, and tell us how
many residents in the house, adults/ children.
If you want to use a washer, a vacuum cleaner, a microwave then you will need
to schedule daily running of that diesel- not just "backup".
Hard decisions are needed like, is one TV sufficient, will any of the cooking
be electrical, can I live without a freezer......... and so on.
