I am not sure I can fully answer that question.  In short it directs the 
teacher to assist the child in problem areas if the child needs to sit in 
front of the class in order to better pay attation (sp) then the teacher is 
to make sure that is were the child sits.  If the homework is written down 
the teacher makes sure that it is correctly written as to what is expected.  
I may be off on this but if you were to ask "All" someone in this echo should 
be able to give a better discription.  Now that you brought it up I am going 
to pull out my books on ADD and look it up tomarrow as if I was to turn on 
all the lights looking for it it will wake everyone up.
