yes. thats one of the reason why IBM shipped this DIALOG MANAGER with OS/2
1.3 toolkit. this product was killed internal (I worked at IBM Labs Vienna
at the time the Vienna Labs are responsible for testing dialog manager -
but I had nothing to do with project) some month before it was first time
shipped! They only shipped it once, because the announced to ship it.

i think you are aware that this decree ended end January 1996. So, lets see
what IBM is doing without this.
