This is off topic in this echo,  try the OS2 echo instead.


ps: This is not a bug.  OS/2 does not treat the keyboard shift state as a
global state -- each session has its own set of keyboard settings,which are
saved/restored as you switch between sessions (the "desktop" is
one session).  It's a feature I quite like.  I think there is a way to set
the default numlock state to on,  but I can't remember where it is (try the
documentation).
