I changed from Yatic version 1.00 to 1.21.  The reason I changed
was because the new version handles more than 30 connected
systems.  However, the new version didn't allow me to create
a dummy outbound for Special Requests and still connect systems.
However, I think that's because I was doing it the wrong way.
Which means I could have stuck with 1.00.  However, I've already
retyped the whole blasted configuration in 1.21.  However, I
don't know if it actually works this new way.

Bob, could you send a small test file into Special Requests via
TIC, and we'll see what happens?  Thanks + bye.  Paul.
