I just learned that Sligo is a small Irish town on the Atlantic
coast. That would be a lovely treatment for almost any ardent
spirit, not a slop nor saloperie at all. Let's call it a Sligeach
Sour instead.
A custom cocktail recipe just for you: Take a standard sized
tumbler, add a splash of whiskey, then fill it the rest of the way
up with whiskey. I call it "a big glass of whiskey".
