I am not sure what a fallen angel is.  Fallen angels are not included
in my set of  superstitions.  I have never seen one, nor have I studied
it or them. But if there is a fallen angel, God is able to do what ever
God wants to do with the rascal.

Mark 10:27    Jesus looked at them and said, "With men it is
impossible, but not with God; for all things are possible with God."

Mark 14:36    And he said, "Abba, Father, all things are possible to
thee; remove this cup from me; yet not what I will, but what thou
wilt."
