I'm afraid your only hope is to exit Fidonet as a whole. You'll not get
any cooperation from any Fidonet *C in this matter.

In so doing, you can create your own zone, ZC, IC, nodelist, etc. Those
who are sympathetic to your cause will include your segment in their
Fidonet compilation, if you make it available.
