Of course, but the line of thinking stands. Bank-accounts do not enjoy
diplomatic-immunity, ships can be impounded in port, aircraft can be
impounded on airfields ...
 
It would even be feasable to impound one of those 16 atomic bombs stored on
our territory and sell it on eBay. ;-)
 
In real life the matter would be settled way before that stage is reached.
