What kind of disk?  If floppy, simply format the disk from NT and copy NTLDR,
NTDETECT.COM and BOOT.INI from C:\.  This will allow the system to boot from
the floppy and then transfer control to the NT system partition on the hard
drive.  There's no way to actually boot to NT from a floppy since there's
*WAY* more than 1.4MB that would need to be copied.
