   Don't you think that would go for every define in the config? When first I
started up binkd I got one error for the first directory that was not found.
After five or so tries I had them all created manually.

   How hard can it be to have binkd create the directories it wants? That's
what all intelligent program does -- even my old, trusted SquishMail from the
early 1990s creates all the outbound directories needed.
